This is Cooler's regular form. When in this form he has about the same power as Goku in the movie: Cooler's Revenge. He is tall and much cooler looking than Freiza and doesn't have so many details on his body such as lines and horns and everything.

 

 

Unlike Cooler's first form, this form covers his mouth completely with some thing that Gundams have on their lower face and has horns on his head like Cell's first form. He is much stronger and beats up Goku alot during the movie. Then Goku turns into a Super Saiyan and defeats him.
